When do I need to pay the V.A.T.?
SpazioIT is a business operating in Italy.
- Customers from outside the European Community don’t have to pay the V.A.T (D.P.R. n. 633, 1972, art. 8).
- Customers from within Italy have to pay the V.A.T. here – via this website.
- Private customers from within the European Community (but not Italy) have to pay the V.AT. here – via this website.
- Business customers from within the European Community (but not Italy) have to pay the V.A.T. in their own country – not via this website (D.L. n. 331, 1993).
Business customers should put their business name as last name in the order form.
