Win32-OpenACS-Light comes with no support at all.
People who have bought Win32-OpenACS have regular support and can send service requests to Spazio IT.
The standard quality of service is ASAP (as soon as possibe), meaning that the service request will be handled (handled not solved) as soon as possible.
In case higher quality of service levels are required a special maintainance/support contract can be established. Please send inquiries to Spazio IT.
